Forgiveness

"A man hijacks an airplane and flies it into the Pentagon, killing everyone on the plane and many military and civilian personal on the ground."
I do not think that this hijacker deserves forgiveness. The reason being, he obviously did it on purpose. He wants to hurt all those innocent people on the plane and on the ground. I can relate this to 9-1-1. The three hijcakers did what they did on September 11, not because they were forced to do it, but because they have so much hate towards America. They chose to do it. If the hijacker was being held hostage and was being forced to do it, than I think he should be forgiven. If he just did it because he hates American people, than he should not be forgiven. No human shall ever kill another human.

What Should a Billionaire Give- and What Should You?

I like the fact that Bill Gates, and Warren Buffett gave so much money to charitable foundations! Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, read about diseases that kill half a million children every year, from rotavirus. He had never even heard of this disease because in devoloping countries, those diseases have been eliminated or virtually eliminated in the United States. This shocked him, because he assumed that if there are vaccines and treatments that could save lives, governments would be doing everything possible to get them to the people who need them. He could not escape the brutal conclusion that some lives are seen as worth saving, and others are not. He and his wife came up with a webiste called "Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Warren Buffett pledged $31 billion and another $6 billion to the charitable foundations. It's nice to see that people actually see what's going on! Not all people are like that. Many only help out the rich, and they forget about the poor. Not many children can afford vaccines to cure their diseases. Gates beleives that "All lives -  no matter where they are being led - have equal value."

2nd Current Event.

A 15 year old girl, Amanda Todd, a canadian teenager, commited suicide afterbeing blackmailed by an older male. Bullying outside of school is a major issue right now.
What can teachers do? Nothing. They can't do nothing about it! I have seen a bully in action with my own eyes. Bullies can not only hurt people physically, but they can also hurt them mentally and emotionally. Words do hurt. Nobody deserves such things as what happened to Amanda. She tried to kill herself by drinking bleach, but she did not suceed. She was rushed to the hospital and she was saved. Amanda moved many times. She tried starting a new life, but people continued to bully her. She could no longer stand feeling unloved and unwanted. On October 10, 2012 Amanda died.. Police say that she herself commited suicide.

Book 10- "If I Can't Have You" by Lauren Hammod.
The tittle of this book made me want to read this it. The author really knows how to turn up the heat. I love how she puts so muhc emotion in to her characters. In her books, the characters are so realistic and the emotions are intense.
